My definition of "What makes us Human" is that we can feel understandable emotions for ourselves and for others. The difference between us humans and animals is that animals feel raw emotions and act based on those emotions. Humans have developed throughout the years, we have refined our emotions to a point that we can feel not one but two emotions at the same time, mostly having one emotion which is the major emotion than the other. We can act the complete opposite of our emotions, while hiding our true feelings from others around us. We can develop strong feelings about a certain subject, and not feel anything about another subject. We have developed to such a point that we have specialist who specialise on emotions themselves.

But we have still far to go ;)
